Joshua has more than 15 years of real estate experience specialising in Industrial property segment. He has helped many of his clients to secure their business spaces of all sizes and types. Whether its sales and leases of JTC landed, B1 Flatted factory or Strata Ramp up factories or identifying investment opportunities for Industrial/ Commercial properties with high rental yield and capital returns, he and his team Industrialists have got you covered.
He also has many years of management experience in leading and managing project marketing teams across Singapore and Malaysia. This has also enabled him to establish strong connections with the developers, agents and other real estate related professionals.
He started Industrialists team to bring together like-minded professionals who are passionate about this niche segment which is essential for businesses and the economy.
FU JIN

Fu Jin is an experienced real estate investor. He has successfully fund raised and invested for his clients in real estate investments in South East Asia with gross development value of more than S$500 million over his 10 year career in real estate investment.
He has extensive experience in real estate finance from his past experiences. In addition to his financing work experience with both local and multinational banks, he has successfully set up a real estate financing division for a real estate brokerage.
Fu Jin is highly passionate about real estate and helping property owners to manage their real estate portfolios effectively.

Passionate about training and experienced with team management, June enjoys mentoring and working with people. In addition, June also assisted many companies to acquire factory spaces and set up new operations in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
